A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the activity, before departure.

Payments can be done via:

• Wise
• Online payment link (includes a 5% transaction fee)
• Cash in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or US Dollars (USD)

The exchange rate will be confirmed on the day of payment.

All prices are listed in MXN, unless otherwise specified.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled activity, you will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees.

If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the activity, we offer you the choice to:

• Reschedule your dive or course for another date, or
• Receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel due to illness, please provide a medical certificate or doctor's note. Refunds or rescheduling will depend on how close to the activity the cancellation is, and we will do our best to return as much as we can. Your health and safety are our priority.

If Sundara Divers must cancel due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

For all courses, a deposit is required to secure your spot and gain access to the course theory materials.

Because the theory materials are provided immediately upon deposit payment, the deposit is non-refundable.

However, if you need to reschedule your course, please contact us as soon as possible — we're happy to help you find a new date that works.

The remaining balance for the course must be paid on or before the first day of the course.

All divers must complete and sign the PADI Medical Questionnaire before participating.

If any answer is marked "YES," a doctor's clearance will be required before diving.

All certified divers must send a digital copy of their certification before the activity.

All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to engaging in any diving or water activities with Sundara Divers.

By signing, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in diving and agree to release Sundara Divers from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation.

At Sundara Divers, we believe in diving with purpose. Please:

• Don't touch marine life or corals
• No sunscreen allowed (to protect the reef and marine environment)
• Follow your dive guide's instructions at all times

Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may miss the dive without refund.

Dive sites may change based on conditions, prioritizing safety and quality.
